Ok, so I am 21 weeks pregnant now. But I have not done anywhere near the amount of exercise I promised I would do when I was pregnant! Reason 1: the first 3 months were just so ewww I couldn't be bothered to get any activity in at all. Reason 2: I'm lazy. And I loved having an excuse to not get much done. So today I'm going to try a variety of exercise poses - squats, lunges, bending forward. That kind of thing. Just to see how limber I still am
