Model Nastya volunteers to perform a dive, for which she is professionally trained. All models can stop playing/holding their breath at any time during shooting. Do not attempt the same or similar tricks at home as it may be unsafe. For the first five minutes, model Nastya dives face up underwater. Sometimes Nastya lets out air and makes bubbles. The second half of the video - Nastya's face is lowered down. She plays with holding her breath and screaming underwater. She rises for air when she needs it!
