Just like last time, I want you to get comfortable and just breathe for Me, It's amazing what slowing down to breathe can do for your body and mind. You are already starting to feel more relaxed as you sink into your chair. Everything is starting to feel really good, your arms and legs are feeling really light. It feels almost like you're floating. I want you to focus on My voice and eyes, and I want you to go deeper for Me. Ever since our first session, you can't get My voice out of your head.
