I must train alone today, no trainer! It is about the upper body: my arms, shoulders and a bit of my back. Fortunately I have a gym in my own building, we will be relaxed with nobody bothering us. Jut you and me sweating. You will witness my exercise routine, how I train my biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. My hair is in a ponytail and I am wearing my cute purple yoga pants and my grey top bra. Don´t you think I am so cute and sexy? Look and enjoy my muscle movements (and my pain face) from your comfortable sofa, I will love you to accompany me with your "special" biceps exercises! First I flex my right biceps. I grab the 5 kg. dumbbell and start doing my first series of 12 reps. Then the left arm, this one is a bit harder. The worst part is when I must train my biceps, I do it with a 2,5 kg. dumbbell esch one and it hurts. I feel my triceps burning and stretching so much when I flex my arm backwards. Watch me suffering and moaning, my face is upset but I get to do all of them. The next is now my shoulders, which are a real pain in my ass. My shoulders feel like fire, I barely can do my last reps. Please, may it finish soon! Finally I lean my body forwards to train my back. I can´t end my routine without stretching my body properly. This part is my favourite one :-P when I stretch every one of my muscles to let them rest like they need. This is really pleasant. Tomorrow I will have a lot of stiffness in my arms.
