Hello, My favorite patient! Mm, yes, I got your message, but of course I already knew you needed Me. I always know when you need Me. Everyone thinks of the winter time as being difficult, but I know deeply that this time of year, when the days are getting longer, and the weather is getting warmer, can also be difficult. Because you judge yourself more in the moments you start to lose motivation, or if your mood doesn't match the sunlight, right? I know. I do it too. Yeah, I know, a lot of mental health doctors are not honest with their patients about their own struggles, or the fact that almost all of them see mental health doctors themselves. I know this because I worked with A LOT of them over the years. But I am going to be honest with you: the main reason I am so very good at my job, is because of my own past, and even sometimes ongoing, struggles. Because you know what? The healing process is not one that is ever finished. There is ALWAYS more healing to do. And if you keep at it, rather than shy away from it, you can even learn to appreciate the dark as much as you appreciate the light. I'll be honest with you about something else: I have been to other professionals in the past. But not since 2019. I also took medicine for about two months, after a prompting event, in 2015. And do you know how I stopped doing both of those things? I applied everything I have learned from studying at a prestigious college, working a world renowned psychiatric hospital, almost 36 years of life experiences, many years of practicing yoga alone, studying yoga at the source in India and also in Thailand, consuming plants in The Amazon with only Myself as My Shaman, and most importantly of all, my own intuition. Now, why am I telling you all of this? Because the way that My intuition has strengthened since our very first session back in 2020 is more than I ever imagined possible. Back then I had already gotten to the point that I was extremely confident in My ability to help you heal. In fact, I've been confident in that ability since long before My last name was Wolfe. But now? (In large part due to the healing of My ankle injury-- completely on My own, also without a doctor). Now I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that if you remain mindful and do as I advice, throughout all of our sessions, that you, too, will no longer need any outside help with your mental health. Which is why I have decided to start charging the full mental health profession price for our sessions. Now, all you need to do is put your trust in Me, and focus your energy on being here, now, with Me and My legs, and you will be well on your way to freeing yourself of all vices, crutches, lab medicines, and other professionals.
