I had been hearing so much and getting a lot of requests to do my first ever Lift and Carry video, but I wasn’t quite sure how to do it! Luckily I was able to ask Ecko Belle to help teach me several different lift and carry techniques! We took turns picking each other up and carrying each other around the room and even squatting each other! I definitely learned a lot and at the end, she lunged with me on her shoulders towards the bed!
