You just moved into a new neighborhood, and you accidentally were delivered some of your neighbor's mail. You want to return it to her, so you go ring her doorbell to see if she's home. She answers the door and invites you in for coffee so you two can get to know each other. After spending some time together, she decides she wants to give you a proper welcome to the neighborhood.
