Unfortunately, there's quite a lot of plaque on them, especially around her permanent retainer. She uses a scaler to clean each tooth, front and back, wiping her tool on the dental bib as she cleans. When she's done, she encourages Kim to come back in six months for another cleaning, since there was so much plaque on her teeth!
