End of last year, I started my throat training. I undertook many lessons, some of which I recorded for you. I learned how to take it all in, manage my breath and get as much air in as possible whenever I can breathe. I learned that it is okay if I gag or make a big mess with my spit. I learned many more lessons, but also there's too many things I haven't learned yet...Lucky, I'm an excellent student!
