Getting ready for the evening by applying my make-up while resting my chubby belly on the sink, I tell you about what's in store for me later on: a dinner at a Japanese restaurant on an all-you-can-eat option, in the company of a dear friend in front of whom I can eat as I want without feeling ashamed! I measure the circumference of my belly and my weight when finished. Afterwards, several photos of what I ate appear in the video (not all of it, of course! sometimes I was so ravenous that I finished my plate as soon as it arrived before I remembered to take the photo...) Once I get home, I tell you about the dinner as I remove my make-up and show you how swollen my belly is, but more importantly the inches and pounds I was able to accumulate in the space of a couple of hours!
