
I was challenged to lift weights from now (November 2017) through July of 2018. I will be filming regular weightlifting and exercise videos as well as videos where I flex my muscles so you can see how my body changes over the next 9 months. In this first video, I decided to start out with lighter weights since it's been a while since I last lifted, but I plan on increasing that weight quickly in the beginning. I bench press, use resistance bands, lift dumb bells, do leg curls and extensions. (Bar bell weighs 45 pounds) Filmed 11-20-17
