Today I got a filling fixed that was cracked. I also had a dental cleaning for the first time in three years. They said that there was so much plaque it was build up and so much tar. They told me I have SEVERE gingivitis and they never seen it so bad on someone as young as me. The dental assistants hand was so sore after because of how hard she had to work on my teeth. There is no talking in this, I am so overwhelmed from the appointment. I do open up and say "AHH" *This video was taking directly after my appointment.
