Watch as I try to follow along at a slow, beginners yoga class. From the start I struggle holding the positions because all the fat on my body won’t allow me to move the same way as the instructor. I can barely even cross my legs because of all the fat on my thighs and calves! My fat rolls bulge from every angle, I can barely balance and you can see me getting increasingly tired and out of breath.
