Time for me to do a lickle bit of exercise! The Swiss ball is supposedly the best for preggaz like me. So I take to it like a.... pregnant woman to exercise...? I dunno. Anyway I decide to do a bit of a workout to stabilise my core and get myself ready for all that huffing and puffing that I just know is coming very soon. Stretch, pull, lift, and breathe. Even the diddy weights that I used to think were such awful teeny girly weights seem like I'm lifting 2 elephants over my head. I really give it my best as you can see. And then I try some abdominal work.... Ooooh, bad move
