And this isn't click bait! After living with an ileostomy for 5 years I underwent major reconstructive bowel surgery at the beginning of 2024 to regain 'normal' bowel function. Unfortunately the surgery was a catastrophic failure, and I ended up in worse shape than ever before. After many months of suffering, my reversal surgery is scheduled for the end of November. I will have my j-pouch (the reconstructed portion of my small intestine), anus, and part of my pelvic floor removed in a radical surgery that will result in a permanent ileostomy bag. Learn more in this video (or don't , that's up to you)

Auto-immune disorders is becoming an epidemic, and sadly vaccines may play a big role in this. Vaccines use a small amount of poison to artificially boost immune response. If you get enough vaccines you end up training your immune system to stay on Defcon 1, and then it can start attacking your own body. This is even worse with the mRNA platform. I wish you good health, Alex.

I had to total colectomy ten years ago due to ulcerative colitis and next year the rectal stump that would have been used for the J Pouch developed proctitus and had to have a protectomy with my anus removed as well. Life being colitis free is so much better than having an asshole.

I hope all of this goes well for you. I was diagnosed with UC in 2010 and had a colostomy bag for about ten years. I had some complications and several hernia repairs around the site. I had 2 surgeries in 2020 and was finally able to get it reversed with the J-pouch procedure. Things are better now but it took about a year post surgery to relearn how to live without the bag. Good luck and know you’re not alone.

You’re a badass and your courage is impressive AF. Thank you for being so candid, and moreover educational. Sending you positive vibes and hope your most recent surgery yielded successful results with minimal, if any complications. Also wishing you nothing but the very best in 2025. ❤️
