The tiny village has planned to blow up the giantess' bowels. They make a deal saying if she can't digest them this time around she would leave them alone. She decided to play along since she could torment any other village but she is unaware of the plan. It seems their plan gives her an immense amount of gas as well as stomach pains. After learning about their device, she desperately tries to excrete them, but ends up keeling over in pain.
