Since we moved into our condo I have been noticing a cute maintenance guy around our property. We have been smiling and waving at each other. I finally got up the nerve tho other day to talk to him. I asked him if he wanted to come take a look at a few items I needed to have repaired. (Of course I had found a few little things that really didn’t matter lol). When he came to the unit he was so nice! We flirted a bit and neither of us could stop smiling. I think he knew I wanted more than my fix-it list done!
