During my post workout stretches my hand takes over and has a mind of its own. Making me take off my socks. Stuff them in my mouth. Lick my sweaty soles and say how much i love them. For the most part i am unaware but i few times i snap out of it to find myself naked covered in my own spot with my mouth tasting like my own sweaty feet!!! Help!!!!
