You can see the essential preparation for the operation, Angel's face is masked and then she is intubated, put on a ventilator and her body disinfected. The surgical area is isolated, and the operation can proceed. There is footage of the doctors at work and close-ups of the patient. Suddenly there's a complication. The patient's heart stops. The team of doctors immediately start CPR. After a few cycles, they defibrillate. The procedure is successful, and the patient's heart is back in sinus rhythm. The doctors complete the operation and transfer Angel to the post-operative recovery room. In the next scene, in the post-operative recovery room, Angel is still intubated and wearing a blue bouffant cap. The doctors enter the room to extubate her, but her breathing is abnormal.
