Filmed Oct. 28, 2022, this was my 2nd experimentation with air inflation. The video is a little over 20 minutes of my slowly squeezing a bulb pump as I fill my abdomen with air. I make comments at various points in the video as I adjust to how it feels and listen to my body as I try to pump my belly bigger.
