Solo POV: You wake up in a basement with Dr. Eva and she informs you that you scheduled an appointment with her, but you don't recall scheduling it. Dr. Eva is acting very strange and introduces you to her "assistant", but oddly enough there is no one else there. She gets angry when you ask her if she's a real doctor and tapes your mouth shut. Her exam includes a lot of strange and cruel activities such as examining your prostate before fisting you, shaving your head and eyebrows as a lice treatment, putting a strange breathing mask on you, examining your mouth and extracting a tooth, and obtaining a semen sample.
