Last time you were in Dr. Nina's clinic, you unknowingly signed paperwork to be a part of her next experiment. You come to in a medical facility, feeling the urge to push and in pain. You see your belly is very swollen, but you're tied up and can't move. Soon after you wake, Dr Nina comes into your room in a surgical gown. She greets you and explains that during your last visit you signed a contract--she knew you'd be the perfect patient because you had no emergency contact and you didn't even read the paperwork. Her experiment was to give you a gender reassignment surgery and impregnate you, which was successful. Now you're in labor. She mocks you, tells you that you won't get any pain medicine and seems to relish in your discomfort. She soon puts in a surgical cap, green surgical gloves, and a surgical mask. She listens to your belly then uses a speculum to inspect you internally. Dr Nina instructs you to breathe and push, and you successfully complete her experiment.
