Scarlett is running late for her appointment with her dietician, and once she arrives her doctor (Nyxon) has a long questionnaire regarding food. Scarlett tells the doc to hurry it up, but Nyxon ignores her & keeps asking her annoying questions. Pushed to the brink of starvation, Scarlett grabs Nyxon by her shoulders & pushes her into her mouth swallowing her whole. Now that Nyxon is inside of Scarlett's large, round bloated belly, Scarlett picks up the questionnaire & finishes it.
