Maleka had a bad fall and sprained her ankle bad which caused her to get a leg cast. Thankfully, she has her nurses Vicky and Kitty come to her home to help her learn how to use her new crutches. Nurse Vicky begins to explain how to properly use the crutches, so Maleka doesn't cause more pain by using them incorrectly. The make sure the crutches are set to the right height and begin letting her practice making rounds. Maleka is nervous at first but starts to catch on quickly. Now, Maleka can't take the time off work because of her broken ankle, but she has to wear heels to work. So, the nurses help put her in a heel and adjust the crutches to be a bit taller to accommodate the extra height. She practices a few rounds in the heels and is doing great on her own.
