Tom has his slave lying on the floor of his dungeon, completely vulnerable and restrained with a plug inserted in his hole and his balls pulled taut. The boy is utterly defenseless, and Tom emphasizes this by placing a gloved hand over his mouth and controlling his breath. He brings the boy to the edge over and over again but denies him release, leaving him constantly frustrated.
