

Finally found a new PT to help me build some strength! Little did I realise; my bladder muscles would turn out to be the weakest of them all. I drank so much water during our workout and just as I thought it was over, she insisted we weren't finished. I was so weak and tired that I was putting all my effort into pushing weights and trying to impress her, that i barely noticed the pee escaping with every lift until she pointed it out! SO EMBARRASSING. I told her it's just sweat and we continued. I thought I'd made out safely until she decided to end with dips. Legs open, dip position and all my might going into pulling myself up; I had no chance and no way to hide it once the pee started flooding my leggings. I was stuck and once it started coming out I couldn't stop the rest. I can't believe I completely peed myself on our first workout together. I will be sure to wear a pad if she lets me train again :(
