The pain is excruciating after they managed to set the bones in your foot. As you crutch over to lay down you accidentally let your casted toes brush the ground and your in absolute agony, it takes everything you have just to stay upright. So you hold your foot behind you alot higher after that. You manage to make it over to the couch/bed/etc and basically collapse on to it. In doing so you bump your casted foot pretty hard and then clutch it in pain. You then manage to get your broken foot propped up albeit it was harder than expected. You inspect your newly casted foot, comparing it to your good foot. You attempt to wiggle your toes and they barely move. You are unsure how you're going to get through the next couple months, you know at the very least the next week or two is going to be real rough and you'll need help with basically everything. Even just barely moving it is unbearable... luckily you also realize how sexy you look with your cute little swollen toes sticking out of the splint while you lay there with your poor broken foot propped up just trying to get some relief.”
