In this video I try something that I have never tried before. I chug 3 glasses of liquid (1 glass of orange juice, 2 glasses of water). You will see how much my belly grows after each glass. I show you how flat my belly looks at the beginning of the video. I didn't eat anything before filming this, because I wanted the change to be as visible as possible. I show you a close up of my belly after drinking 3 glasses. I think the change from a flat to a fat belly is really visible.
