I normally don't rent to anyone under 25, but I made an exception for you, since you've been kicked out of home. I made it CLEAR to you that there you would have to behave responsibly. You made an excellent start, but recently you've made a habit of being late with the rent, and avoiding my calls. Irresponsible childish behavior!
