This is the 'Elli Skiff Butt Crack Criminal’s 3rd arrest, and she is seen here wearing the same low rise loose fitting jeans with her butt crack hanging out, and a pink sweatshirt again. Seen here handcuffed in an interrogation room with her mouth gagged with yellow police tape wrapped around her head. Her long black hair is caught up in the tape, and completely covers her eyes and face. After a while of struggling around with her hands cuffed behind her back, she is able to reach up and around to pull the police tape off of her mouth partially revealing her face. She repeatedly gives flips the the cops off while she's handcuffed, and struggles to keep her loose fitting jeans up over her hips as butt crack & hairy bush is constantly hanging out over the top of her jeans. For the 2nd half of this clip she is seen with arms up, & her pink hoodie pulled up over her face - as the camera zooms in on the lengthy dark stubble in her armpits as her arms are stretched high above her head. Towards the end of the clip , part of her left nipple appears above her strapless bra that has been sliding down due to her struggling around.
