

I am getting back in shape after health issues and warming up a little and then doing some targeted areas. This is not exercise advice - I just do my own thing. Sometimes my nerve damage side on the left or post joint surgery areas on the right struggle so you will see uneven sets but I always go back and make up for that. I've been upping protein and calories due to losing too much too fast when I started ADHD meds and with my doctors approval have put them on hold. I'm probably pretty boring and a goofball but this is me trying to chillax and spend some time with you. This is the kind of stuff I enjoy making for my club along with BTS all movies, pics daily, sexy dancing, cooking, eating, beaing rambly, and sometimes straight up On Some SILLY!
