In this clip, I conduct a training session with Astrid, aimed at reinforcing her obedience and breaking her habit of constantly scrolling through social media. The session begins with Astrid entering the room, calmly sitting on the floor, and gagging herself without command. She takes the instructed punishment posture - sitting with her weight on her bottom, legs lifted, arms hugging her thighs to keep balance - and clearly announces, "I’m ready, Master." With that cue, I step in and begin harsh bastinado punishment. At first, her feet are still covered in socks, but the impact builds quickly. Her muffled cries behind the gag reveal how the pain fills her completely. I order her to remove the socks, exposing her bare soles - now ready for true discipline. I move through a variety of implements: a wooden switch, a heavy paddle, a riding crop, and then back to the switch. The strikes are heavy and deliberate, each one serving as a reminder that discipline requires consistency and discomfort. Despite the intensity, Astrid remains in position - trembling, twitching, and moaning - yet doing her best to maintain her posture and not collapse. By the end, her soft soles have taken on a beautifully deep color, marking the result of her obedience training. Enjoy!
