I talk very little in this video. I try to sneeze as many times as possible during 12 minutes, while attempting to stifle about a 3rd of my sneezes. I use a cotton bud/ cue tip to induce sneezes, and blow my nose twice. At one point my nose runs,which is caught by camera. I am close to cam, so mainly head and upper torso. No music. Stifles attempted by pinching lower nose/ nostrils.
