I would LOVE your tips on how to get more protein into my diet! I'm trying my best but I need more hacks! I need some good, on-the-go tips and tricks and snacks. I did a good job today but always trying to do better!
You are clearly putting in a lot of hard effort and it shows. You are doing fantastic and I hope you find more ways that work for you to achieve what you want. I am currently going through an opposite problem where a nutritionist wants me to reduce my protein as I was getting 160-180 in a day haha. I plan to experiment with chia seeds as something to include in smoothies, maybe that could be worth looking into. I am by no means an expert but would be happy to discuss other ideas
