I call you into my office because I've got a stack of complaints about your behavior in the office that's making everyone else uncomfortable. Clearly the attire that I choose to wear throughout the day distract you but I'm not going to modify what I wear so you can focus on your work. Even though your work numbers are unmatched I won't stand for the disrespect.
