This is a heavy-ass and thigh-jiggle clip. I face mainly away from the camera as I shoot hoops, wearing some very, very short shorts. Every time I jump I slowed down the footage so that my ass shaking/ jump is super slow. Then, when there is no jiggle, the footage is normal speed. Yes, you're welcome ;)
