A friend recommended a juice cleanse that changed her life. I'm off for the week so I've decided to try the cleanse. I'm very skeptical about cleanses though. It was advised that I keep a video diary. Day one is pretty standard, I'm a big skeptic but surprisingly feeling better about the whole thing. I want to take off my heels and wiggle my toes... feels so good! I have the urge to walk out in the dirt. On to day two, I'm feeling even more comfortable and have stopped using my glasses and putting my hair up. Everything feels good, and again my feet just want to touch nature, let my soles feel it... By day three, I'm feeling silly and giggly, loving being outside so much! And the hairy growth... it's not so bad. My final recording is on day four, realizing this is perfection. I'm going to be a nudist, transformed from the whole cleanse... and just want my feet and naked body to enjoy everything about nature
