Shredder has discovered that the news reporter, April O'Neil has information on his underground crime organization. He has ordered his minions to find her and interrogate her to find out what she knows and who she’s told. Is she working with The Ninja Turtles? April is bound by her hands and feet with her arms and legs spread wide. Shredder’s sexy interrogator begins by asking April what she knows. April is a professional reporter and never reveals her sources. The interrogator decides to use tickle torment techniques to get April to talk. She tickles April with feathers.
