Officer Dahlia ***ches a *** burglar in her home! Upon confrontation, she finds that it's Katana Thorne, a notorious thief that the police have been trying to track down. She cuffs Katana's wrists and ankles, and attaches the wrist cuffs to a rope so that she can walk Katana to the station. Katana struggles to walk in her restraints, but Dahlia pulls her along anyways. After a long walk to the station, Katana gets dragged into a courtroom and stands before a judge for her sentencing.
