

Hey everyone! In this video, I tried something new — using kinesiotape on my belly to help it expand more comfortably and get a fuller, rounder shape throughout the day. You'll see the full process: we start by applying the blue tape directly to my bare skin, shaping it in a pattern that supports the belly from below and center. It took a little adjusting, but once in place, the effect was super noticeable. There’s a full day of visuals here: I show how the tape looks in the morning, before any meals, and then again after lunch and dinner. As the day goes on, my belly becomes visibly fuller and more rounded, pressing softly against the tape. I also try on my tight polka dot dress and leggings so you can see how it looks under different outfits — and honestly, I was kind of surprised by how much it shaped the overall silhouette!
