Tara has her arms tied behind her back, her ankles tied together and is wearing a blindfold so she is the perfect captive to get her feet tickled with a feather. Tara is super ticklish so as soon as the feather touches her feet she begins to giggle. Her toes are especially ticklish and when the feather is slid between them she really laughs and squirms. She guesses that it is a feather tickling her and is surprised it is working so well, and then 2 feathers are used to tickle her! Tara kicks her feet around trying to get away from the ticklish feathers but she can't go any where so the tickling and laughing just continues :)
