In this video I lay on the side with a view on my neck. I gag myself with my fingers really hard and trigger a really harsh coughin fit. Only natural cough though! When I cough up or gag up phlegm or so, I spit it into a towel. I hold my neck here and there. At the last minute I lay on my back with my head hanging down off the edge of the bed.
