POV (solo): You arrive at my clinic to discuss your interest in a circumcision. I listen to your reasons for seeking a circumcision later in life and validate your concerns by agreeing that many women do find circumcised penises more attractive. I also add that I perform adult circumcisions on a regular basis, so you are not alone in seeking out the procedure at your age. I ask you to sign some forms, and then I walk you to the operating room while assuring you that it's a quick and simple procedure. Before we begin, I provide you with a light dose of anesthetic to numb the extremities, and then I strap you in. I then prepare my instruments while explaining the various types of circumcisions. I reveal to you some unfortunate news: All patients at my facility receive an ultra high and tight circumcision, which removes the most foreskin possible, minimizes skin mobility and pleasure, and maximizes sensitivity. "Ironically," I tell you, "this is what women prefer". I then inform you that I normally administer an agent during this procedure to create an erection before taking measurements, but yours will be marked soft so that there is no slack for future erections. I then perform the sleeve resection with my scalpel while explaining to you that if you wanted a low and loose circumcision, you should have specified in the first place.
