

This is the third day of my documented pushup challenge! I reduced my daily pushup goal from 100 to 50 but I've added in a 5lb weight for resistance. Doing my pushups this way has enabled me to stay locked in on my form and my core is totally engaged! It' s tough challenge that's ripping my chest and I'm loving it! My goal for doing push ups daily (Mon-Fri) is to get stronger and increase to 3 sets at weighted pushups.
