It's been a while since I've hand expressed into a cup for you guys. I haven't done it in a long time myself; it was the perfect opportunity to talk a little bit about some of my favorite ways of expressing breastmilk, reflecting on my early days of massive oversupply and engorgement, and how I feel about incorporating lactation and breast milk into my sex life. Both a little about how it all started and how much I have been enjoying being a milky step-mommy to you all :)
