

Another day in the challenge — and I’m feeling the results. My success marker is the second set of pushups, pushing to hit all 25 reps in one go before we level up the intensity. Today, I hit my weighted pushups (5lb resistance) for two sets of 25, then went straight into: Side plank dips – 6 reps each side, 2 sets with 5lb resistance Weighted sit-ups – 20 reps, 2 sets Bicep curls with hold – 15lb dumbbell, 10 reps each side, 2 sets while holding the alternate arm in flex This Monday–Friday series is all about discipline, tracking progress, and watching the grind pay off. Every rep gets me closer to the next level.
