

Starting with my 5lb weighted pushups (2x25), then hitting side plank dips (6 reps each side, 2 sets), weighted sit-ups (20 reps, 2 sets), and 15lb bicep curls with hold (10 reps per side, 2 sets). I’m here for the discipline and results, but if you notice a little extra swing in my shorts during the workout… well, that’s just part of the show.
