Two sets of 25 weighted pushups (5lb), side plank dips (6 reps each side, 2 sets), weighted sit-ups (20 reps, 2 sets), and bicep curls with hold (15lb, 10 reps each side, 2 sets). My focus is on strength and discipline — but my shorts can’t always keep everything perfectly still while I’m working.
