Today not only did we do 100 squats, but we added some variations that you can mix in if you feel you want to access some different muscle groups. Goblet Squats with Kettlebell Squats with Large Resistance Band (Low Resistance for Shoulder Press or just Hold at Shoulder Height) Side Lunge (bodyweight) Squat with or without Resistance Band at the Knees With added Row with Kettlebell Reminder: Listen to your body and choose a weight that can be sustained for hight reps. Keep it up everyone, only 9 days left!

Wow, that was intense!!!! I don't have all of the weights and bands, but I'll work with what I do have. :) I just watched this and I'll watch it again, so I can do my squats along with you both. :) Having hubby doing them with you helps me stay engaged because if HE can do it, I should be able to do it too. :) Thanks for adding the variations AND those side squats! Man, I had never seen that before so I'm gonna give that a try today too! I just hope I can walk tomorrow. :) lol
