In this unique custom video, I measure and record my live heart rate. You can hear the heartbeat as I've attached a contact mic to a stethoscope. I do rounds of exercise, stripping from my Nike shorts into a Victoria's Secret thong. I give a sneaky flash of my perfect natural tits before covering them again with my white bra. I read out my heart rate reading from my Apple watch while you hear my heartbeat slow down back to near resting. Finally I lay down for the last heart rate reading. I do breath holds and play in attempts to hear my heart better, or even to see it under my skin. Video is complete with captions.
